Pedram Etebari

  Pedram is the owner and trainer at FiTrain LLC. Fitness has always been a major part of his life, since his mother, Soudbeh Etebari, is also a personal trainer in their hometown Kerman, Iran. At the age of 13, Pedram was the youngest to play professional soccer in Iran. He came to the U.S.A as an international student and earned his bachelor’s degree at Valparaiso University. Later, Pedram founded FiTrain LLC to continue his passion of helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. He has currently published two articles through the American Colleges of Sports Medicine along with eleven articles in Iran. He is currently a certificated nutrition coach, athletic performance coach, youth training, and strength training for golf players.

La Donna Trapp

   La Donna earned her personal training certificate through the NASM with additional certificates accomplished; Metabolic Training HIIT/Tabata - AFAA, Senior Fitness Specialist, Exercise Design for Seniors AFAA, and Certified Physique & Figure Training Specialist. La Donna graduated from Valparaiso University in 2011 with degree from College of Arts and Sciences with some continued studies at the Masters level in Psychology Counseling. She has trained all ages 8-80+ years old. 

Lyn Tague

   Lyn is a Certified Personal Trainer, and she always thought she was a fit person until she attended a Health Screening two years ago and discovered that being a weekend warrior did not qualify as "fitness". She joined FiTrain as a client and realized that her passion for fitness was something she wanted to share with others. She worked hard and obtained her personal training certification, and since then has made an impact on her clients’ lives. By sharing her personal experience with health and staying motivated, she leads by example and demonstrates that change is possible.

Jen Jacobs

    Jen has been a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2009. Throughout her first couple of years she has trained in San Diego, CA and in Illinois, in The Fitness Pursuit and some Snap Fitness locations. Jen also designs strength programs, offers private basketball lessons to athletes of all ages, coach triathletes, and reviews food intake. Jen was a three sport athlete in college- soccer, basketball, and track and field. Jen received her Master's degree in health psychology (Northern Arizona University, Class of 2007). She is a cyclist, has taught Computrainer, and is Functional Movement Screening Level 1 certified. She specializes in helping people make manageable lifestyle changes to maintain a healthy weight. Jen loves helping people of all shapes and sizes reach their fitness goals!

Addison Stoller

Addison is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through NSCA and a former D1 student-athlete. Addison attended Valparaiso University where she was a collegiate basketball player and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. Addison specializes in athletic performance coaching and personal training. Before joining FiTrain, Addison assisted in athletic performance training at Indiana University and also interned at a performance gym where she assisted in athletic performance and personal training. Whether you are an athlete in sport or in life, Addison has the knowledge and passion to help YOU achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals, while maintaining balance and enjoying life!

Brooke Westphal

Brooke is from Michigan City, Indiana and is a certified trainer through NSCA. She is a former D1 Athlete in volleyball and attended South Florida State, Arizona State University, and Valparaiso University. She has a Bachelor's in Sports Management through Valparaiso University, and an Associates Degree in Health Science. For the past 2 years, she has been interning at Valparaiso University Athletics in which she was the assistant to the head strength and training coach. She has much experience in training high-level athletes and is dedicated, passionate, and driven to the success of all individuals. It is her number one goal to participate in the betterment of every individual's health and fitness.
